How do I get my download?
The link appears on your order confirmation page straight after checkout, and in your order email.
I didn't get my download.
Check your spam folder for the order email, or open the order confirmation page again. Still nothing? Email us and we'll send it.
Can I fill it in on my phone?
Some of it. The Aged Parent Care Planner, the planner inside the Carer Planner Bundle, the medication list in the Hospital Bundle and the Free Parent Medical Summary have typeable fields: open them in Adobe Acrobat Reader (free) or Apple Books / Files, tap a field and type, then save a copy. Everything else is made for printing and writing in by hand.
Which size do I print?
Both are included. A4 for Australia, the UK, Europe and New Zealand. US Letter for the US and Canada. Print at 100%.
Is it only for Australia?
No. The wording works anywhere, and both paper sizes are included.
Can I share it with my siblings?
Share the pages you've filled in, yes, that's the point. Please don't share the blank file.
Can I get a refund?
Because it's an instant download, we don't usually refund. If something's wrong with the file, email us and we'll fix it.
