Refund policy

Because these are instant digital downloads, refunds aren't usually given once the files have been delivered.

If a file won't open, is missing pages or has a problem, email hello@holdingboth.com.au with your order number. I'll fix it or send a replacement, and if it can't be fixed I'll refund you.

Buyers may share filled-in pages with family members, such as siblings helping with care. Please don't share or resell the blank files.
