Questions

How do I get the file?
Straight after checkout you will get an email with your download link, and the link also shows on your order confirmation page. The file is a ZIP: open it to find the PDFs in A4 and US Letter, and save it somewhere safe. If nothing arrives, check your spam folder, then email hello@holdingboth.com.au and I will send it again. The bundle arrives as one download with every file inside. The planner inside has typeable fields, so you can type into it in a free PDF reader such as Adobe Acrobat Reader. The cards and the calendar are for printing.

Which size do I print?
Every file comes in both A4 and US Letter. Use A4 if you are in Australia, the UK, Europe, New Zealand or most other countries, and US Letter in the US and Canada. When you print, choose 100% or "actual size", not "fit to page".

Can I share it with my brother or sister?
Yes, for the pages you have filled in. Send a photo or a PDF to your brother or sister, other family, a carer or the ward, or print them a copy. The blank file is for your own household, so please don't pass it on or resell it. A sibling who wants the blank pages can buy their own copy.

Can I get a refund?
Because this is an instant download, refunds are not usually given once the files have been delivered. If a file won't open, is missing pages or has a problem, email hello@holdingboth.com.au with your order number and I will fix it or send a replacement. If it can't be fixed, I will refund you.
