Christmas Little Extras Bundle: Gift Ideas, Self-care and Coupon Book
Three small Christmas printables for the mum in the middle: gift ideas for an ageing mum or dad, a bit of breathing room for you, and a coupon book the kids can make.
1. Gift Ideas for Ageing Parents. 3 pages: ideas by situation (at home, in care, memory loss, hard of hearing), a sibling gift list to split, and what I'd like this year.
2. Holiday Breather. 3 pages: what I'm saying no to, 10-minute breaks + a breather tracker 19 Dec to 1 Jan, one afternoon off + a gentle January reset.
3. Christmas Gift Coupon Book. 48 coupons: from the kids to Mum, from Mum to the kids, and time with Nan and Pop. Plus covers and blanks.
