Questions

How do I get the file?
Straight after checkout you will get an email with your download link, and the link also shows on your order confirmation page. The file is a ZIP: open it to find the PDFs in A4 and US Letter, and save it somewhere safe. If nothing arrives, check your spam folder, then email hello@holdingboth.com.au and I will send it again. Print it and fill it in by hand.

Which size do I print?
Every file comes in both A4 and US Letter. Use A4 if you are in Australia, the UK, Europe, New Zealand or most other countries, and US Letter in the US and Canada. When you print, choose 100% or "actual size", not "fit to page". Card stock gives the sturdiest cards; the cards print 8 to a page.

Can I share it with my brother or sister?
Print as many copies as your own family needs. Pages you have filled in, and the finished pages, are yours to share with family. The blank file is for your own household, so please don't pass it on or resell it.

Can I get a refund?
Because this is an instant download, refunds are not usually given once the files have been delivered. If a file won't open, is missing pages or has a problem, email hello@holdingboth.com.au with your order number and I will fix it or send a replacement. If it can't be fixed, I will refund you.

Who is it for?
Visits with an older parent or grandparent, including days when memory is patchy. Each card has an easier question underneath.
